Each case study is approached by 2-man teams with the information provided to solve the problem. Approximately one hour is provided for teams to solve each problem and deliver their recommendations to the group for critique.
Detailed debrief of each case study is delivered to analyse each individual team’s approach, highlight any mistakes and to emphasize the methodology.
A selection of supportive tools will be provided for use to assist in the application of problem solving skills back in the workplace.
